Herbert H. Key

Funeral for Herbert H. Key, 72, 310 Seminary St. Moulton, who died Monday in a Lawrence County hospital, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Revs. Hollis Rutherford and Dan White officiating, with burial in Moulton Memory Gardens, Elliott Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Novella Key of Moulton, two daughters, Mrs. Daphine Campbell of Jefferson, Texas and Mrs. Barbara Hill of Trinity, three stepdaughters, Mrs. Doris Sparks and Mrs. Shirley Lovett, both of Moulton and Mrs. Faye Tidwell of Town Creek, three stepsons, Ruel Givens, Ulice Givens and Roger Givens, all of Moulton; his step-mother, Mrs. Bertha Reed of Moulton; three sisters, Mrs. Doris Britton of Kalamazoo, Mich., Mrs. Betty Gillespie of Trinity and Mrs. Barbara Jo Waits of Moulton; four brothers, Howard Key of Decatur, Hadley Key of Moulton, James W. Key of Three Rivers, Mich., and Billy J. Key of Lawrence, Mich; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, 15 step-grandchildren.

Nephews will be pallbearers.

Mr. Key was a member of the Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, a veteran of World War II and a retired barber.

The family will receive friends today at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m.
