Spry Mrs. Jennie M. Stump Crumbling, 84, wife of Edward S. Crumbling, 34 School St., died Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. at her residence.
She belonged to Christ Lutheran Church, York, and to class 2 of its Sunday School. A native of York Township, she was the daughter of Samuel and Arabella Hildebrand Stump.
Also surviving are: Four children, Miss Ethel R. and Miss Theda L. Crumbling, at home; Merle L. Crumbling, 416 Edge Hill Rd., York; Mrs. Leonard P. Hoover, 2725 Meadowbrook Blvd., York; a granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Wolf, York RD8; and a brother, Clarence W. Stump, 937 S. Pine St. York.
Rev. Dr. Franklin D. Fry and Rev. M. L. Kroh, pastors of Christ Church, will officiate at the funeral services Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Eberly Funeral Home, 194 W. Main St. Dallastown. Burial will be in Prospect Hill cemetery.
