Lindsey E. Harrell was born in Ripley county October 3, 1844; died at his home near Kokomo, April 28, 1902, after several month’s illness. He was married to Emeline Utterback February 16, 1869, near Providence, Johnson county, and resided in this county several years. He leaves a wife, one son and one daughter. The funeral services were held at the Kokomo Christian church of which he was a member, May 1. Burial was by the Red Men lodge of Kokomo. Mr. Harrell is remembered by a large circle of relatives and friends in this community.
