Nicholas was born to William and Elizabeth (Kidwell) Albright.

OBITUARY
Nicholas Albright, 89, formerly of Kokomo, died in the Soldiers Home at Lafayette at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Born in Union County, Tenn., Oct 28, 1879, he was the son of William and Elizabeth (Kidwell) Albright. He had spent most of his life in Kokomo, but had lived in Lafayette the past five years.
In 1899 he was married to Miss Carlie Bledsoe, who preceded him in death in 1904, Then, in 1907, he was united in marriage with Miss Minnie Hill, who died in 1910. Later, in 1912, he was married to Miss Gertrude Weir, who died in 1952.
A former streetcar conductor in Kokomo, he had also operated a grocery store here.
He had served with the U.S. Army in the Spanish-American War and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Big Springs Baptist Church in Union County, Tenn.
Surviving are two sons, Loren Albright, Kokomo R.R. 5, and Elbert Albright, San Simone, Ariz.; a daughter, Mrs. Nora Brubaker, Marion; a step-daughter, Mrs. Thelma Slocum, Plymouth, Ohio; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Stella Nelson, Indianapolis, and two brothers, Mead Albright, Racine, Wis., and Perry Albright, Maryville, Tenn. Two sons are deceased.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Ellers Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Albright Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Friday.
