MRS. MARTHA J. COFFELT

Graveside services for Mrs. Martha Jane Coffelt, a former resident of Bolivar who died at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Galveston, Tex., will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Greenwood Cemetery at Bolivar by the Rev. W. M. Hines. Mrs. Coffelt would have been 85 years old today.

Born in Ohio, Mrs. Coffelt moved to Polk County with her parents as a child and settled near Bolivar. Four years ago she moved to Galveston where a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Pope, makes her home. Mrs. Coffelt was the widow of John Coffelt.

Besides the daughter, survivors include her grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Burial will be under direction of Erwin Blue of Bolivar.
