CALDWELL, WILLIAM H., 71, of Clearwater, died Sunday (April 25, 1999) at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg. He was born in Lakeland and came here in 1970 from Tallahassee. He worked as a self-employed real estate property appraiser and was a Navy veteran. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Clearwater, and Clearwater Kiwanis Club. Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Jo Ann; a son, Kerry "Mitchell", Tampa; a daughter, Crispen Kay Faress, Winter Park; three stepsons, Robert S.Eads, Winton, Calif., James T. Eads, St. Charles, Mo., and Thomas L. Eads, St. Albans, W.Va.; a stepdaughter, Teresa B. Watson, Houston; and a grandson. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Belcher Road Chapel, Clearwater.
