The funeral service for Martha Ann Allen Ashlock of Buchanan will be at 2 p.m. Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Larry Dukes, pastor of Point Pleasant Baptist Church, where she was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in northwest Henry County.
Named as pallbearers are Greg Poole, Shannon Bomar, David Paschall, Mike Key, Ray Anderson and Art Highland.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and after noon Friday.
Ashlock, 60, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, at her residence from an apparent heart attack.
She was married on Sept. 9, 1967, to Gary R. Ashlock, who survives.
Born in Paris on April 18, 1949, she was the daughter of William M. and Annie Lee Nichols Allen, now both deceased.
She was a homemaker and a 1967 graduate of Cottage Grove High School.
Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter: Paula (Greg) Poole of Martin; one son: Allen (Mary) Ashlock of Paris; one brother: Joe (Margaret) Allen of Paris; a sister-in-law: Betty (Dewey) Ealey of Paris; a brother-in-law: Larry (Carol) Ashlock of Paris;
Six grandchildren: Addison and Dalton Poole, both of Martin, Lauren Ashlock of Mosheim and Adam, Tanner and Taylor Ashlock, all of Paris; two nieces: Vickie Paschall and Shellie Ashlock; two nephews: Ricky Allen and Shannon Ashlock; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
