Frank M. Reeves, age 84 years, died yesterday morning at his home in Huntsville, bronchial pneumonia being the acute cause. He had been failing health, however, for more than a year. His remains were interred this forenoon in the Wharton Creek cemetery, Rev. D. N. Dudgeon conducting the funeral service.
Mr. Reeves was a native of this county, being born Dec 12, 1845, near Wharton, in which community he resided continuously until moving to this city about ten years ago. He served two and a half years as a Federal soldier during the Civil war. He is survived by his wife and two daughters by a former marriage, Mrs. Eva Parker and Mrs. DoIIie Welch of Kansas, Okla.
