"ROBERT L. GINN
Word was received here today that Robert L. Ginn, a resident of Brownsville for years, died at Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio Thursday following a brief illness. He was 74.
Mr. Ginn was U.S. Deputy Collector ot Customs hero in the early 1920's and later Post Master for several years.
Surviving Mr Ginn are his widow, Mrs. Alpha Ginn of San Antonio; his children, Mrs. E. B. Hinkley and James R. Ginn both of Brownsville, Mrs. James R. Thompson of San Antonio, Robert L. Ginn, Jr. of Austin, William L. Ginn of Marlin, Mrs. Laurence Jones of Beaufort, S.C., and Mrs. T. W. Emch of Houston; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services from Beacon Hill Church of Christ in San Antonio are set at 2 pm Saturday. Alamo Funeral Home is in charge of the Arrangements."
