Eddie Amberson Seaton was the son of Amberson Seaton and Catherine Delana Sandford. His paternal grandparents were George Seaton and Anne Starr Seaton. He was married September 27, 1885 in Girard, Macoupin Co, IL to Edna Isabelle Henry. Their children were:
