Dora Etta Moore [known as Etta] was born 30 June 1894 in Barber, Logan, Arkansas. She was the oldest of the seven children born to Benjamin Allen Moore and Fannie Bell Worley Moore. Siblings are Perry Burnell Moore (1896-1960), Esther Mae Moore [Mooney] (1898-1979), Leonard 'B' Moore (1900-1987), Stella Lee Moore [Phillips] (1903-1997), Nellie Jane Moore [Phillips] (1905-1987), and a Stillborn Baby (1912-1912). She married Richard Benton [Ben] Moore on 10 December 1911 in Barber, Logan, Arkansas. They are the parents of 9 children: Allen Wesley Moore (1912-1996), William Loyd Moore (1914-1988), Oda Leo Moore (1916-1980), Ruby Edith Moore [Ferguson] (1919-2009), Zetta Mae Moore [Holland] (1921-1947), Worley Benton Moore (1924-1997), Dora Alta Moore [Montgomery](1928-2020) (Dora md. Lee Roy Montgomery 12 Jan 1947). Charles Clinton Moore (1932-2021) and Betty Dean Moore [Gipson] (1934-2001). Etta and Ben lived and farmed and raised their family in the Barber, Arkansas area. She passed away 11 April 1976. Etta and Ben donated part of their farm for the Pine Log Cemetery in which they are buried as are many of their family members.
