Dr. T. M. Aderhold Is Dead at Dallas
EL RENO, Sept. 7 -- (Special) -- Dr. Thomas M. Aderhold, widely known Oklahoman physician and head of the El Reno sanatorium for 35 years, died Wednesday afternoon in a Dallas hospital. He was 72.
Although he head been in poor health several years, Doctor Aderhold did not retire from active practice until 1937. He moved here from Zigler, Ill., in 1909 when he acquired the city sanatorium.
A native of Georgia, Doctor Aderhold is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. R. B. Gunning, Norman, and Mrs. G. D. Funk and Miss Lillion Aderhold, both of El Reno, and one son, George Aderhold, Texarkana, Texas. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian church here with burial in the El Reno Cemetery.
