In the 1900 census, Phoebe, Seth, Gertrude and Rodney were living together in Cambridge Springs, PA, Seth a retired farmer. Seth died in 1904 leaving Phoebe with two children approaching age 20. After his death, Phoebe and the children moved west to Colorado.
