NEW CHAPEL HILL - Services for, Felicia Anne Rogers Hobbs, 48, New Chapel Hill, have been rescheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009 at the First Baptist Church, Troup,Texas with the Revs. Cody Bishop and Chester Amidon officiating. Joint services will be held with her sister, Karen Lowe. Burial will be in the Bascom Cemetery near Whitehouse under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup, Texas.

Mrs. Hobbs died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 in a Tyler hospital. She was born July 19, 1961, in Atlanta, Texas, to Carroll Edward and Muriel Bailey Rogers.

She was a lifetime resident of East Texas and a graduate of Troup High School. Felicia was a beloved mother, daughter and wife.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1985. Her sister, Karen Lowe, passed away, Saturday, December 5, 2009.

Survivors include her husband, Craig Hobbs, New Chapel Hill; a son, Alex Schell, New Chapel Hill; twin daughters, Elizabeth Schell and Eden Schell, both of New Chapel Hill; her mother, Muriel Rogers, Troup; sisters and brothers-in-law, Toni and Steve Rambo, Troup, Deborah and Terry Reasoner, Lubbock,as Daphne and Terry Patrick, Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and Vicki and Daniel Roe, Freeport, Texas; a stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Brandon and Michelle Hobbs, Whitehouse, Texas; stepdaughter, Brandi Hobbs, New Chapel Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be B.J. Rambo, Cordon Rambo, Kerry Hance, Steven Outram, Brandon Hobbs and Brandon Hendrix
