SAXON W. BROWNE
Saxon W. Browne, 61, a life-long resident of Jacksonville died early yesterday morning in his residence at Shell Mount following a long illness. He was a farmer, and a member of the Episcopal Church. He is survived by one brother William H. Browne, Jr. of Shell Mount. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Hardage and sons, Funeral Directors.

Browne - Funeral services for Saxon W. Browne, 61, of Shell Mount will be held at 2 p.m. today in Hardage and sons Chapel 517 Park St. with the Rev Mr. McKensie pastor of the Oakcrest Baptist Church officiating. Pallbearers will be Johnnie Johnson, Herbert Price, Harry Queen, Milton Wheeler, Percy Rawley and Fulton McCormick. Mr. Browne was born November 3, 1891 in Duval County and had lived here all his life. He is survived by a brother, William H. Browne, Jr. with whom he made his home at Shell Mount. Interment will be in the family cemetery at Shell Mount. It has been requested that flowers be emitted.
