Rhonda was a home maker until her children were raised and then she decided to return to school. In 1988 she obtained her manicurist license and worked for 9 years in this profession before retiring to be home with George. Rhonda was deeply devoted to her family. She was a kind and committed wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Rhonda was active in the LDS Church in Carlin as a visiting teacher with the Relief Society.
She is survived by her husband George, her daughters Donna Chappell, Libbie (Rick) Longyear, JoAnn Chappell, and Jaleen (Terry) Andersen. Her grandchildren Jenny (Jeff) Petersen, Wendell and Jeremy (Denise) Koch, Josh and Jake Brown, Jordan and Colton Andersen, Justin, Ricky, and Melissa Longyear, and Cody Chappell. She also had three great grandchildren; Alexis Petersen, and Brett and Josh Drake. She was preceded in death by her sons Clifford Earl and Leland John Chappell.
