" Nathaniel Robert Eskridge, aged 81, died at his home in Overcup last Friday. Funeral services, with Frank Reid Funeral Home in charge of arrangements, were held at the Union Hill Cemetery, where interment was made Saturday morning, conducted by Rev. Claude Jenkins of Formosa.
Surviving the deceased are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Sarah Jones of Ft. Cobb, OK.; seven sons, Elza and George Eskridge, of Plumerville, Henry Eskridge of Morrilton, Lonnie Eskridge of Campbell,MO., John Eskridge of Ponca City, OK., Willis Eskridge of Ashland,Oregon, Rev. J.T. Eskridge of Hot Springs, Rev. Eskridge of Hot Springs and John Eskridge of Ponca City were those here from a distance to attend the funeral."
The friends and loved ones have the sympathy of all in their sorrow."
