Elvin Evan Adee
WELLS — Elvin Evan Adee, 83, Wells, died Sunday, Jan. 5,1997, at Ottawa County Hospital, Minneapolis. Mr. Adee was born Oct. 18, 1913, at Wells and was a lifetime area resident. He was a farmer and member of Mount Liberty United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha, on Oct. 9, 1996; and two grandsons.
Survivors include a son, Evan of Oak Hill; a daughter, Zelda Merz of Atwood; a sister, Aileen Mall of Manhattan; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Phelps Funeral Home, Miltonvale, the Rev. Ernest Foster officiating. Burial will be in Miltonvale Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Ottawa County Hospice or Prairie Developmental Center of Atwood. Visitation will be at the funeral home, 217 W. First, Miltonvale, 67466.
