The death of Mrs. L. D. Bailey at Sterling removed the wife of one of the old settlers of that vicinity. Mr. Bailey has been a resident of Sterling for twenty years. Mrs. Bailey had been a sufferer for some time from consumption, and spent art of last winter in California and New Mexico in an endeavor to regain her health. The funeral was held at Sterling yesterday. Mrs. Bailey leaves one son.
