Patsy Hutto Jeffcoat, 65, of 76, died Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 23, at Highland Baptist Church in Orangeburg with the Rev. Hank Fanning officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg.
Pallbearers will be four nephews, Sonny Williams, Don Williams, Stephen Williams, Eric Hutto and friends, Kyle Griffith, Wallace Williams, and Dickie Warren. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of McCall Thomas Engineering.
Mrs. Jeffcoat was born November 14, 1940 in Orangeburg County, the daughter of the late Ligon Hutto and the late Lizzie Williams Hutto. She was employed with McCall Thomas Engineering, was a member of Highland Baptist Church, the Palmetto Garden Club, the Prince of Orange Miniature Society and the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts.
Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Albert Jeffcoat Jr., of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Woody (Glynda) Keitt, of Orangeburg; one son, Jeffrey (Sylvia) Jeffcoat, of St. Matthews; four very special grandchildren, Amanda and Blake Keitt and Jessica and Emily Jeffcoat; two sisters, Joyce Williams, of Neeses and Mrs. Dickie (Anna) Warren, of West Columbia; one brother, Eddie Hutto, of Neeses; and two caregivers, Carrie Guinyard, of Orangeburg and Gail Thomas, of Cope.
Patsy succumbed to cancer after a brave and well fought battle of six years with cancer and remained lovingly cared for at home by her family and friends.
