George Wright Lemon was the son of John Lemon and Christiana Buck.

He married Mary Almira Fares on 25 September 1866 in Welland County, Ontario.

George died on 27 December 1896 in the Asylum at Hamilton in Barton Township, Wentworth County, of pneumonia.

NOTE: George Wright Lemon is often confused with his 2nd cousin 2x removed George Lemon who married Catherine Nelson. Both men were apparently born and died in the same time period but the 1891 Census records confirm that these were two different men, living in separate counties, each with one wife with different given names.
