After Stanley's death in Dec 1986, Myrtle married Gail Elbert Wisner in April 1987 in Lucas County, Ohio. Myrtle was 64 at the time and Gail was 51. Gail was the adopted son of Elbert Wisner and his wife Vera Hart Wisner. His birth parents were Lynn Hatt and Beatrice Schleicher Hatt. Gail had no siblings through his adopted parents, but he had five from his birth family who were also adopted, all by different families. Gail was the youngest of these children, born April 5, 1936. Gail was married and divorced before meeting Myrtle. He had five children from his first wife, Doris Schiarer.
Myrtle passed away June 23, 1999, after 12 years of marriage to Gail, who later married a third time to Henrietta Gagnon in Feb 2000. Gail passed away April 21, 2016, four months after Henrietta.
