!SOURCE: By John Robert (Bob) Austin: Rollin and Mary Ann lived in the vicinity of Greene and White County Tennessee until the later part of the eighteen forties. After their death and burial of their second child William Austin in the Austin Cemetery (On Nathaniel's Farm)they taken the rest of their family and left this part of the county and headed north into Arkansas. I don't know just how long they were on this trip only that they were in Blythe Township in Marion County Arkansas before the 1860 censuses Then later moved into Boone County just South of Lead Hill Arkansas. On the 5th day of October 1886 heand his wife Mary Ann deeded their farm to one of their sons Obidiah Austin in exchange for room and keep until their deaths and were to received a proper burial.

!SOURCE-WARRANTY DEED: Know all men by these present: That Raleigh Austin and Mary Austin, his wife, of the County of Boone, in the Stateof Arkansas, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar in the hand, paid by Obediah Austin of said County and state aforesaid and the farther consideration that said Grantee shall keep, lodge, furnish clothe to ware, and take care of said Raleigh Austin and Mary A Austin in health and sickness during their natural life, furnishing suitable clothing, food and proper medical attention and furnish the north room of the dwelling to grantors for their on use and give the grantors at their death a decent burial, at his own proper expenses and the further consideration that said grantee shall well and truly pay to Thomas Austin, N G Austin, John Austin and Fletcher Austin each the sum of five dollars at the death of Raleigh Austin. Grantor will keep,feed and shoe one horse. The property of Raleigh Austin, and keep his buggy in repairs during his natural life. Have this day granted, bargained, and sold and by these present do grant, bargain sell, and convey unto the said Obediah Austin, the following described track parcel of land situated in the County of Boone in the State of Arkansas. This to say;
The East Half of the North East 1/4 of Section (16) Sixteen all in Township No. Twenty (20) North of Range Eighteen.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Obediah Austin and unto his Heirs and assigns forever with all Appuratices thereunto belonging and we hereby covenant with the said Obediah Austin that we will forever warrant and defend the title to said land against all legal claims what so ever.

Austin, His wife, who are personally known to me to be the said person whose names are subscribed to the foregoing deed as parties graters and acknowledgethe same to be their act and deed for the considerations and purposes there in set forth and the said Mary A Austin, wife of the said Raleigh Austin, being by me first made acquaint with the contents of her said deed upon an examination separate and apart from her husband acknowledges that she executes the same and relinquishes her Dowry inthe real estate there in mentioned freely and without compulsion or under influence of her said husband.
