Daughter of Mary Jane Johnson Shurrager and Gilbert Johnson Shurrager. Sister to John H Shurrager (1874-), Franklyn Pierce Shurrager (1876-), Sarah J Shurrager (1878-), Gilbert Shurrager (1879-), Charlotte or Lottie Shurrager (1885-?), Lucretia Shurrager (1893-) and William Edward Shurrager (1898-1970). She married Edward Cross Burwell in 1905. They supposedly had two children, a daughter, Ethel May Burwell and a son, Herbert Weaver. In 1914 Edward Burwell was charged with Bigamy. In 1917, Ida marries Edward Goodenough. In the 1920 Census neither of the children are living with them. Ethel is living with Mary Jane Johnson Shurrager and her husband Gilbert Johnson Shurrager (her Maternal Grandparents). Herbert is found in the Troy Children s Asylum. Goodenough and Ida have no children from this Union. Ida lives with Diabetes for many years but eventually it takes her life.
