Marcella, age 78, passed away late Thursday evening at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center where she had resided the last 9 years. She was born the daughter of John & Barbara (Weiland) Nesser. For many years, she was employed at the shoe factory in Cedar Grove. Ms. Nesser was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes, St. Mary's Chapel in Random Lake where she belonged to the Legion of Mary. She had also previously been a member of Catholic Knights. Marcella's biggest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends at baptisms, birthday parties and other family functions. She is survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mass of Christian Burial was held at Our Lady of the Lakes, St. Mary's Chapel, in Random Lake. Father Richard Cerpich officiated. She will be laid to rest beside her parents at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Dacada. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Our Lady of the Lakes, St. Mary's School.
