Shelburne Falls, Oct. 21 - Mrs Sarah Lusty, 78, widow of David Lusty, died this morning at 3 at her home in Shattuckville [section of Colrain] after a long illness. She had been a resident of Colrain for the past 65 years. She leaves three daughters Mrs William VanCise [?] of Bad Axe, Mich., Mrs William Call and Mrs Preston Ware of Shattuckville, and three sons George of this town, and Charles and Robert of Shattuckville, and one sister Mrs Benjamin Coburn of this town and one brother Hosea Stebbins of Detroit, Mich. The funeral will be Wednesday afternoon at 3 at the Baptist church at Colrain, Rev. William Roberts, pastor of the Methodist church and Rev. John Carson, pastor of the Colrain Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at in the West Branch cemetery.
