Gladys Hill, 93, longtime Muskogee resident died Tuesday December 11, 1996 at the Evergreen Care Center in Owasso, OK.

Mrs. Hill was born September 5, 1903 in Spring Valley, Arkansas to Albert and May (Cardwell) Craig. She grew up and was educated in North Western Arkansas. Gladys met and was married to John Hill on December 21, 1924. They made their home in Arkansas before moving to Oklahoma. In 1939 the Hill Family came to Muskogee from Wagoner, where they had been since 1932

As a productive resident of Muskogee, Mrs. Hill was employed with Hunt's, Susman's, and Sears, where she worked in the ladies wear department. Mrs. Hill retired from sales in 1969. Mrs. Hill was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church in Muskogee.

Mr. Hill proceded her in death in August of 1996.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner, OK.
