Organizer. Born June 5, 1861 in Rosko, Poland. In 1868 came to America, settling in Dunkirk, N. Y. In 1872 went to Chicago, Ill., where he organized St. Cecilia's Society. Several times elected delegate to national conventions of P.R.C.U. In 1895 elected director of P.R.C.U. in South Bend, Ind. Twice elected treasurer of P.R.C.U. Former councilman of the 16th Ward in Chicago, Ill. Was deputysheriff and coroner. Founder of Building and Loan Association. For many years was president of State Polish Building and Loan Association. Member of St. Stanislaus parish; married; has six children. Resides in Chicago, Illinois.
