Niels Lewis Larsen's second wife was Mary Eleanor Vance Larsen. They had two sons together before Niels was killed in the logging accident. The two sons were George Franklin Larsen and Lawrence Erick Larsen. Mary Eleanor Vance Larsen lived a full life that was not easy but she sustained herself and her sons.
