Our loving, beautiful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, departed suddenly and peacefully on May 3, 2008 at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. Born Feb. 4, 1932 to Ralph Fullmer and Emma K. Nelson. Married her sweetheart, Merton O. Harward July 15, 1950; later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Mom was a loving, loyal, faithful companion to our father. Priceless and boundless are our memories of home. Holidays, special gatherings, and Sunday afternoons will be so very cherished. We will always remember how Mom loved the outdoors, camping, rock hunting, and the desert. She loved the Gospel dearly; and her enthusiasm toward BYU athletics was equaled only by her love of planting, gardening, occasional trips to Wendover, and engaging anyone in a good political discussion. But above all, she cherished her husband and family, and always thought of their well-being. Her posterity will call her name blessed throughout all time. She will be dearly missed. Connie is survived by her husband, Merton; and their children, Terry (Julie) Harward, Vickie (Glade) Peterson, Sherrie (Kelly) Roseman, Gaylene (Les) Syme, Kevin (Karen) Harward; 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers: Virl and Mark; sisters: Jeanine, Monta, Lena and Lorraine. Connie was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Fay, Erma, Maxine, Donna and Shirly; brothers: Clay and Lawrence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Slate Canyon 9th Ward Chapel, 1745 S. State, Provo. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. at the chapel. Interment will be at Provo City Cemetery.
