Mrs. Maude Campbell

Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester for Mrs. Maude Campbell, 90, who died Wednesday at 10 p.m. at the Fox Nursing Home after a four - year illness. Mrs. Campbell, widow of Thomas Campbell, had formerly resided at 247 1/2 Carolina Ave., Chester. She was born in Salem Nov. 18, 1883, a daughter of Daniel Whiteleather and Sarah Houdelmier Whiteleather. She was retired as a liner at the Taylor, Smith & Taylor Co. Her husband died September 1940. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Denelda Dugan of Bladensburg, Md.; a son, Henry Tasker of East Liverpool, and four grandchildren. The Rev. Marshall Copen of the Chester Church of the Nazarene will conduct the Saturday morning services. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery, Chester. Friends may call at the chapel after 7 tonight and Saturday up to the time of service.
