The first 5 years of their married life they spent at Howe, NE. They moved to farm northeast of Auburh where they raised their family and lived for 15 years. They then moved to Auburn for three years, where Art operated a Ford implemant dealership. They moved to Tecumseh, Ne. where Art farmed and returned to Auburn in 1966 and farmed for Gene Ely. He retired in 1984 and moved into Auburn, NE. He continued to help out as a farm hand when he passedaway at the age of 74 years, three months and 16 days.
He was preceded in deth by his parents, two brothers and 2 sister.
His parent were Henry and Anna (Brueggeman)Lampe.
Funeral services were held Sept. 27 at Casey-Witzenburg Chapel in Auburn, Ne. Burial was in Sheridan Memorial Cemetery.
