Mrs. J.W. Sprowls together with Miss Grace Sprowls, planned a surprise party on Mr. J.W. Sprowls, Sunday, June 16th.
My own research shows that James Wilson Sprowls & his wife Hattie Stollar Sprowls only had two children:
Fern Loretta Sprowls Preston b. 12 Feb 1884 Watersford,Washington Co,OH d. 27 July 1964 Long Beach,Los Angles Co, CA
Arthur William Sprowls b. 8 Aug 1886 Burnesville, PA d. 14 May 1960 Licking Co,OH
Grace M. Sprowls is not their daughter. Her mother is Martha Jennie Sprowls Stollar who married George Arthur Stollar when Grace was a little girl. The 1900 Census shows that they lived in Waterford & George died in 1929 & is also buried at Waterford Cemetery same as Grace. I believe this George Arthur Stollar is Hattie's brother.
