H. M. Grigsby, Pulaski, Dies

PULASKI, Tenn. - Hatcher Milton Grigsby, 74, retired insurance agent, died yesterday in Giles County Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at First Methodist Church. The Rev. Frank A. Calhoun and the Rev. W. H. Moss will officiate.
Burial will be in Maplewood CVemetery. The body is at his home on West Jefferson Street.

Grigsby was a native of Giles County.
He was graduated from Branham and Hughes Prepatory School, Spring Hill, Tenn., and attended Vanderbilt University.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War I. During the early 1920s, he established the H. M. Grigsby Insurance Agency. He retired in 1953.
During World War II, he served on a three-man local board of selective service.
He was a member of First Methodist Church and had served as chairman of the Board of Stewards.
He was a former member of the Board of Trustees of Martin College. He was a Mason and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. W. L. Abernathy, Pulaski.
