Lou Faye Allen Perry, 56, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday at Heritage Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at noon Monday at Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Visitation with the family will begin at 11 a.m.
