Cecil Allcorn was born Aug. 12, 1907 in Pettis County, son of Charles E. and Lillie Belle Armstrong Allcorn. He was married to Gertrude Morris on June 28, 1930. Cecil died Friday at Bothwell hospital, aged 63 years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, James and Sharon Allcorn, one brother Forrest Allcorn and two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Garrett and Mrs. Ruth Richwine. - Sedalia Democrat - Sunday, July 18, 1971 pg.4
