Isaac Cook Jr. is the son of Isaac Cook Sr. and his wife Mary E. Udell. Isaac Cook Jr. graduated from Harvard in 1890 and married in 1896 Edith Mudd the daughter of Dr. Henry H. Mudd. Isaac Cook Jr.'s father founded The American Wine Company of which Isaac Jr. was a stockholder and director. For several years Isaac Cook Jr. managed real estate for his father's estate. Isaac Cook Jr. died in a drowning accident at his summer home in Biddeford Pool Maine.
