Mrs. Richardson was married to John M. Chapman, of Olympia, in 1861. Mr. Chapman was prominent in pioneer days in Washington Territory. Three children survive this union, Mrs. R. L. McClelland, of Seattle; C. W. Chapman, of Tacoma, and Miss Laura V. Chapman, of San Francisco. She is also survived by her husband, Captain J. A. Richardson. of Tillamook, Or. the remains were taken to Olympia, Wash., for interment.
