BETHUNE Robert E. Lee Bethune, 90 years of age, went home to be with Jesus, January 2, 2004.
He is survived by his wife of 68 1/2 years Geraldine Reddish Bethune, his sister, Esther Lynn; daughters, Bobbie Jean Kelly, Esther Geraldine " Gerri" Bethune, Cheryl Workman, 5 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren, and 1 great- great- grand child.
Mr. Bethune was a building contractor for many years. He was also a devoted member of Lane's Ave. Church of God.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Lane's Ave. Church of God on Monday, Jan. 5th, from 6-8 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 6th, at 11 M at the church, Pastor Steve DuBose and Asst. Pastor Phil Wyatt, officiating. Arrangements by ETERNITY FUNERAL HOME 1650 Art Museum Dr.
