Henry was a son of William Eutah and Annie Ann Linton Fultz of Mountaindale.
He served in the US Army during WW II.

Henry never married although everyone thought he was. He spent his life with Betty F. Cline of Jefferson. Why they did not marry, only God knows, because they were together all their free time, a lot of it fishing and attending sales and auctions.

Henry was employed with the Frederick County Board Of Education as a Custodian at Lewistown Elementary School for 23 tears until his retirement.

Henry was a brother to John William Fultz of Mountaindale, who predeceased him.

Henry's given name, Samuel Henry, was in honor of his great-grandfather Samuel McDevitt, father of Eutah's mother, Rebecca McDevitt Fultz.

He is survived by a sister-in-law, Clara May Fultz of Frederick.

Henry is also survived by his long time friend and companion, Betty F. Cline and her sister, Margaret C. Cline, both of Jefferson.

Funeral held, with the Rev. Jerry M. Cline, pastor of the Libertytown United Methodist Church officiating, with internment in Mount Prospect Cemetery, Lewistown, Keeney and Basford funeral directors.
