Mr. James B. "Sonny" Lollar, formerly of Water Valley, MS, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2007 at the Fountainview Center in Atlanta, GA.

A retired farmer and owner of Bondafoam, Inc. in Water Valley, he was a member of the Rotary Club, Economic Developement Council and retired from the Board of Directors of Mechanics Bank of Water Valley. He was also a member of the Kappa Sigma Faternity at Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS and a member of Darling First Baptist Church. Mr. Lollar served his country as a member of the United States Navy during World War II.

Surviving him are his two daughters, Suzanne Lollar Brandon of Hoschton, GA and Jan Lollar Yarbrough of Tupelo, MS, and one granddaughter Audra Warhol of Snellville, GA..

Preceding him in death in 1997 was his beloved wife Jean Hall Lollar and his parents, John Bunyan Lollar and Vera Weeks Lollar.

Services will be in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 18, 2007. Visitation will begin at 12:30 PM on Thursday and continue until service time at the funeral home.
