Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 11 at Rosemound Cemetery with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Arrangements are through Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd.
Mrs. Kent was born Feb. 19, 1915, in Milam County where she was reared and educated. She graduated from Yoe High School in Cameron and attended beauty school in Waco.
She married Ollie Kent on Sept. 29, 1935 and he preceded her in death on May 30, 1980. She also was preceded by their son Larry Kent, in 1952.
Mrs. Kent was a cosmetician at Goldstein-Migel for many years before retiring in 1978.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Waco where she was a member of the Estherian Sunday School Class.
Survivors include sisters, Ruth Gooch of Mineola and Mary Jane Golson of Waco and numerous nieces and nephews.
