Carl Edward Alexander, 75, of Route 9, Benton, died Sept. 8, 1981 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky. He was a retired electrician and member of the Briensburg Baptist Church.
He was survived by his wife, Mrs. Willa Alexander; 4 daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Myers, Mrs. Dean Hicks, Mrs. Nell White, Mrs. Emogene Howell; and a son Glenn Alexander; 2 sisters, Mrs. Bertha Simmons and Mrs. Ethel Burns; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
