Actual name when baptised was Helena Marie Moore but was called Nellie Moore.

She was baptised on August 10th, 1905 by Father O.E. Degan of the Assumption Church in Topeka, Kansas and sponsored by Florentia Maria Lane.

Parents were Kyle B. Moore and Clara (Carrie) Maria (May) Templin.

Her actual birth date was Sept 5, 1899 - Topeka, KS.

Billie (Nellie) was the oldest of three girls born to Kyle and Carrie (Templin) Moore. At the age of 5 yrs old her parents died under tragic circumstances - (Sept 23rd 1905-Kyle and Sept. 24th 1905- Carrie)in Topeka, KS.

Nellie was adopted by Kyle and Anna Tanner.
It is assumed that is when her name was changed to Billie from Nellie and her age somehow was changed too.

She married Claude C. Burnett.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pontiac.

Her two younger biological sisters were:
Alice Jeannetine (Genevieve) Moore-Weber-Evers
and
Gladys Moore-Schrick-Carlisle
