Fairfield, Cumberland Co, NJ - Will
1. Wife, Lois - 1/3 the personal estate, and use of 1/3 my lands and marsh, on Jones' island.
2. Son Jonathan - 1/3 my land on said island, except the piece called Island of Marsh, which contains 30 acres; also the house which my son James, now possesses.
3. Son James - 1/3 of the land on said island, (except that piece of marsh before excepted)
4. Son Nathaniel - the other 1/3 of said island
5. Son Hedgis - that piece of salt marsh on the said island, of 30 acres, which has been excepted; also the land at Bear Swamp, of 190 acres.
6. Daughter Lois Bennit - 5 pounds
7. Daughter Sarah Swing - 5 pounds
8. Daughter Dorcas Diament - 40 pounds
