LOUIS P ACKER--81: died Saturday [9-15] at the home of his dau Mrs Cyrus Pyle in Meadvl. He was well & favorably known throughout this section & was a charter member of the Hayfld Troop-State Police.
He is survived by his wife; a dau Esther (sp-Cyrus) Pyle-Meadville; a son Louis-Pittsburgh; a sis: Mary Lilly-Venangoboro; 3 bros: James-Cussewago; Reuben-Saegertwn; John-Mosier-town; also by 2 grandchildren.
Service will be held Tuesday [9-18] from the home with interment taking place in Greendale Cem.
