Mrs. Sharp died Wednesday morning at St. Mary of the Plains Hospital in Lubbock after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Ralls. She married George Sharp June 19, 1973, in Denton. She was a clerk and a Methodist. She moved to New Deal about seven years ago.
Survivors include her husband; her mother, Faye Forbes of Ralls; two brothers, Ocie Forbes of Brownwood and Donald Forbes of Pleasanton; and three sisters, Peggy Morris of Granite Shoals, Margie Parker of Seminole and Patsy Huddleston of Mount Home, Idaho.
The family suggests memorials to the St. Mary of the Plains Hospital building foundation or to the American Cancer Society.
