AUSTINVILLE -- Clinton Samuel Crowder, 46, died in Pulaski Hospital Tuesday, August 27, 1963. Mr. Crowder was a son of
Martin M. Crowder of Austinville, who survives, and wife, the late Mrs. Annie Poole Crowder.
He is survived, in addition to his father, by his wife, Mrs. Loretta Crowder four daughters, Mrs. Ann Smith, Mrs.Allison Grimm and Mrs.
Leona Phillipi, all of Pulaski, and Miss Patty Crowder, Austinville three sons, Alfred Crowder, Meadows, William Crowder, U. S. Air Force, stationed in Tennessee, and Howard Crowder, U. S. Marines, stationed at Camp Lejeune, N.C. six sisters, Mrs. Mildred King, Detroit, Mich. Mrs. Leila Smythers, Danville, and Mrs. Mary Frazier, Mrs. Zola
Shorter, Mrs. Luella Dean and Mrs, Aleen Slsk, all of Austinville, and one brother, Martin Crowder, Danville.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 29, at Austinville Baptist Church by the Rev. Millard Williams and the Rev. Lewis McKay. Interment was In Bethany
Cemetery. The body rested at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Funeral
Home, Hillsville, prior to the services.
