Bonham, Texas -- Funeral services, for Lydia Juanita Johanna Hiegert, age 90, of Bonham, TX, will be held at 10:00 A.M., on November 3, 2009 at St. James Lutheran Church in Allens Chapel Community. Rev. John Walther will officiate the service.

Interment will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the Restland Cemetery in Dallas, TX.

Mrs. Hiegert passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Bonham Nursing Center.

Lydia Juanita Johanna Hiegert was born on June 17, 1919 in Dallas, TX to parents William Pius and Lydia Maria (Weise) Hiegert.

She graduated from Dallas Technical High in 1937, graduated from SMU Dallas in 1941, retired from WFAA after 40 years of accounting service, and was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

Survivors are nieces- Kathy Smith of McKinney, and Dianne Upchurch of Denton, Nephews-William Highfill of Dallas, and Ray Highfill of Griffith, IN.
