BUBE, CATHALENE BACON, age 92, of Birmingham, Alabama, went to be with our Lord October 26, 2008. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Mrs. Bube was a dedicated homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, George Harold Bube. Mrs. Bube was a longtime member of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Harold Bacon Bube and wife, Rita of Hoover, Alabama; her daughter, Alice Bube Martin and husband, Bill, of Pelham, AL. She had five married grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 29, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Elmwood Chapel with a graveside service to follow at Elmwood Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
